We ship worldwide and offer free local pick up.

We do offer free local pick up in Bowmanville, Ontario.

We ask that orders be paid by e-transfer. Email used for payment is yourbabybundles.co@gmail.com If we have not received payment within 1 hour of order being placed, we will contact you to let you know payment has not been received. If order has not been paid for after 6 hours of being placed, your order will be cancelled.

We can be contacted via email or by phone. We also offer an accessible contact us at your fingertips on our website.

To change any information for a recently placed order or to cancel an order. Please email us directly with your name and order number. We will get back to you within 24hours confirming order has been cancelled. Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order.

Yes we do accept returns for exchange or refund. The process must be started within the first 30 days of the purchased item. Please state of any defects of item or the reason why you are not satisfied with your item. We kindly ask this so we can make improvements on our items.

You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed.

We ship items via Canada Post expedited. We estimate items to be shipped and received within Canada in 5-7 business days. Outside Canada we predict that the shipping process can take 5-14 business days depending on countries shipping facility.

We have a variety of items. Every product is locally sourced. We design, and make each order once placed. Every order is hand made specially for each and every customer.
